National Convention Reports

Ruralinfo usually has reports that come in from Rural Carriers attending the National Convention. These are not meant to be an official record of the proceedings, just information from other carriers. I will archive all of the convention reports on this page for everyone to see whether you attended or not.

How to become a National Delegate

Being a National Delegate for your state is completely different from being a State Delegate. If you wish to be a Delegate to your State Convention, those elections are usually held during your local/county union meetings. If you don't know the procedures to become a delegate, continue reading:

You must be a member of the NRLCA You may nominate yourself or someone else You must mail your signed ballot to your State Secretary Your ballot must be in the office of your State Secretary at least (40) days prior to your State Convention.

You can find the National Delegate Nominating Ballot in the National Magazine Once your ballot is received and verified by your State Secretary, your name will put on a National Delegate Candidate list and sent out to all members in your state to vote on
