To request a printed copy of the National Convention Proceedings, please complete and return the “Request for Convention Proceedings and Other Special Editions of The National Rural Letter Carrier magazine” form available here.    If you have previously submitted a request to receive special editions, you do NOT need to submit another request. The request will stay in effect unless otherwise notified by the member or in the case of a lapse in membership.
