NEW VIDEO: From the NRLCA President’s Desk, December Holiday Message

In this new video message, President Don Maston reflects on the challenges the NRLCA has faced, the progress we’ve made, and the road ahead for our Association in the coming year. For rural carriers, peak season is not a time that brings joy. The happiest day for us is the day the last parcel is delivered, and we get to go home and enjoy time with our families.

The holiday season is a time of warmth, kindness, and generosity. It’s a season where families come together, friends reconnect, and communities support one another. And often it is overlooked that it is you—rural letter carriers—who make it all possible. Thank you for your dedication, resilience, and commitment to serving your customers.

May the coming year bring us the strength and unity we need to face new challenges and achieve new victories. Happy Holidays and a Prosperous New Year from the NRLCA.

  1. From El Presidente:

“For Christmas, I wish you dis, dat, and a whole lot of the other thing. I wish that your bosses work you no more than 14 hours per day (except for the day after Christmas, that day you’re screwed). Most of all I wish that you never find out how much I get paid out of your dues money. Ho, Ho, Ho.”
