This post seems to be older than 1 year— so keep that in mind while reading. It might be outdated.
Who knows what MMM mail or 3M mail?
MMM is mail from your DPS that is:
Missorted – This is mail that belongs to a different route in your office.
Missequenced– This is mail that is out of sequence in your DPS
Missent– This is mail that is for a different zip code/town.
MMM BUNDLE CREDIT DURING A MAIL COUNT –
All rural carriers receiving DPS should get credit for their 3M bundles during mail (if) the pieces are found in your DPS.
Each 3M designation gets a bundle markup credit. If you only find two in a day, then you only get credit for two bundles. If you find all 3, then you credit for all 3 bundles.
If you are not required to take it to a separate 3M case, then the bundle credit can be included in your time to go to the throwback/CFS case.
IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A SEPARATE TRIP TO A 3M CASE TIME SHOULD ALSO BE CREDITED IN COLUMN 17
Don’t miss this credit..
( It could be the difference of going to the next hour.. 3 BUNDLES ARE WORTH 45 SECONDS… 3 BUNDLES FOR EACH DAY DURING A 12 DAY MAIL COUNT COULD EQUAL 9 MINUTES)
