NEW VIDEO: NRLCA December Holiday Message

We want to say thank you to every rural carrier for the long hours, hard work, and dedication you show during the holidays. While this season brings joy to our communities, it also brings heavy workloads, challenging conditions, and added stress—and rural carriers rise to meet it every day.

You deliver more than mail and parcels. You deliver connection, care, and holiday joy to millions of families, seniors, and communities who rely on you. With record parcel volumes continuing, your role has never been more vital.

As always, your safety comes first. Please work within your means, take extra care during peak season conditions, and make getting home safely your top priority.

This message also marks two years of NRLCA video updates, helping keep members connected on contracts, legislation, and the issues impacting our craft. As we look ahead, we remain united, vigilant, and committed to protecting rural carriers and the future of our union.

Thank you for all you do. From the entire NRLCA Board, we wish you and your families a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year. Together, we are stronger.

We thank you, but we aren’t going to do a damn thing to get you paid for the 18 plus hour days you are working.
