NRLCA: House Member Introduces Bipartisan Resolution to Preserve 6-day Delivery

On January 16, Rep. Gerald Connolly (D-VA) introduced H.Res.54 stating that the “Postal Service should take all appropriate measures to ensure the continuation of its 6-day mail delivery service.” Rep. Sam Graves (R-MO) was the original cosponsor for the resolution.

A 6-day delivery resolution was previously introduced by Congressmen Graves and Connolly during the first session of the 115th Congress, called H.Res.15. The resolution eventually gained 185 Democratic and 73 Republican cosponsors.
