Retroactive Pay Increase Effective date announced by the NRLCA

The NRLCA has been notified by the USPS that the retroactive pay based on the November 14, 2015 increase will be effective PP18 in September 9th paychecks.

    Take the percentage of increase by basically 10 months of pay I’m guessing.
