Why in the hell would they schedule the survey over the Labor Day holiday time period?
It has happened every september since 2023.
They added a day to make up difference. Its the same way every 6 mnths
Is this a mandatory survey for everyone? My uniion steward had told us we weren’t going to have one till next year.
Yes. The only possible exception I could think of is if you had a route adjustment and your overburdened route was cut to 43K, then you’ll keep the 43K for 12 months regardless of anything, but the data would still need to be collected for the route so that the future evaluations would be accurate.

Our new Station Manager was from the City side and went in and put a bunch of NO-STATS on my boxes because she didn’t understand striking out the “C” for vacant.
