Post office employee Brajawn Upshaw had to check his nerves at the door when he auditions for Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie and Carrie Underwood on this Sunday’s American Idol.
The 21-year-old from Temple, GA, who has worked at the post office for three years, didn’t have the chutzpah to sign himself up to audition. So his mom Tasha did it for him without him knowing, but now he’s taking a big swing for his shot at a Golden Ticket to Hollywood, and he claims he was inspired by Luke Bryan’s documentary.
