The Postal Service has affirmed the tentative scheduled dates provided to the NRLCA for salary adjustments agreed to in the 2024-2027 National Agreement.
All dates listed below are according to Postal Service programming projections.
Salary Increases
The stop gap or general wage increases of 1.3% for regular carriers and 2.3% for leave replacements will reflect on the September 12, 2025 paychecks.
COLA
Current COLA increases will reflect on the September 26, 2025 paychecks.
RCA & ARC Increases
The $0.55 hourly increase will reflect on the October 24, 2025 paychecks.
RCA & ARC New Step
The new step to increase $1.00 hourly will reflect on the October 24, 2025 paychecks.
Retroactive (back pay) Provisions
All back pay provisions prior to August 23, 2025 will reflect on the February 27, 2026 paychecks.
What about the COLAs from August 2024 and Feb 2025? If we owed the USPS back pay, They would want it yesterday.
Why do the people with the most back breaking job in the Post Office have to wait until next year? That is so wrong!
