Step 4 Settlement on Carriers Right to Take Parcels and Odd-Size Pieces to Your Case to Sort and Mark Your Case

These cases involve management not allowing carriers to sequence or mark parcels in the office if they will not make their leaving time for the route or if they would work over 10 hours for the day on their route. The parties agree that section 223.23 of the PO-603 allows the carriers to take parcels and odd-size pieces to their case to sort and mark their case to assist with alerting them on the street they have a parcel for a specific address.
