WHY DO PEOPLEINCHARGE THINK THE NEW SCANNER AND TECHNOLOGY IS THE ANSWER? I cannot stand the new scanner!!!!! It would sooth my soul to drop kick that POS and see it smashed to tiny pieces!!! It slows me down trying to wake the thing up and make a quick scan and go, the buttons are too sensitive and just loosely carrying it changes the scan window and try’s to log you off and now we have to waste more time fiddling with it to log before and after everything we do? Have these people ever run a heavy route pre Amazon? Do they even ask for our opinion before making decisions? IT IS REALLY NOT THAT HARD. Corporate advertising and Amazon are the problem. Make them pay! MAKE THEM PAY! MAKE THE MAY MORE!!! They are why the customer cannot get their electric bill or bank statements on time with 100% consistency. Yes the customer remember them? The RRECS SCAN IS JUST ANOTHER BURDONSOME TASK to add to everything else, One more thing to complicate my day, thanks guys! great job.
How about break it down to four event captures: casing, package loading, delivery and return tasks/additional? All additional flyers and things that have to be cased and folded should have a pre determined compensation for the carrier built in. How hard is that? 1st class letters are the easiest to handle yet you raise the price again and again yet all the oversized odd sized and slippery advertising gum up the works cost us time and can hardly fit into a small mail box or cluster box.
