How to file a grievance

1. Approach your immediate supervisor with the problem and try to resolve the issue through a discussion. You must discuss the issue. Your local steward may accompany you.

2. If no resolution, ask management for a PS Form 8191 (Joint Grievance Form).

  1. Blue ink makes finding the original easier. But Id fill it out with a crayon if thats all I had and it was my last day to file.

  2. Definitely file every grievance by the book. However, be prepared to wait a looooooong time to see results
