WASHINGTON, D.C. — Representatives of the Illinois Rural Letter Carriers’ Association went to Washington, D.C., near the end of May to meet with legislators from Illinois. According to Larry Pratt of Macomb, past president of the ILRLCA, he and President Lisa Grubar met with Rep. Darin LaHood (R-Dunlap). At the time of the meeting, Pratt was president and Grubar was vice president of the state association.
