NRLCA: Death of Long-Time Member Robert E. Picklesimer

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of long-time NRLCA and Illinois Rural Letter Carriers’ Association member Robert (Bob) E. Picklesimer. Whether serving on a National Committee or as a delegate to the National Convention, Bob was an active member who cared deeply for the rural carrier craft. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Picklesimer family in this time of loss.

Due to the current environment of uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 virus, the Picklesimer family has chosen to host a private funeral service. They are planning a follow-up “celebration of life” later in the Spring. Additional details will follow when available.
