The NFC is preparing to send the first bill for 2025 premiums on July 1. Annuitants who have not paid any premiums yet for 2025 will be receiving bills for the year to date. You will receive coupons or vouchers to make your payments via mail. Annuitants under the NFC payroll who do not receive a bill by mid-July should contact the Government Insurance Services Branch Help Desk at 1-800-242-9630 to discuss their billing coupons or payments.
If your coupon or voucher does not have the correct plan code, please reach out to OPM Retirement at 202-606-1234 or the PSHB Helpline at 844-451-1261. The NFC will not be able to make any plan code changes if there is a mistake
