This story should be updated! You are misleading your readers by failing to do so. This is a coercive tactic, to rush employees into getting an experimental (notta)vaccine. OSHA has not implemented the ETS. A stay has been issued.
Be advised this is stale information!!! The Fifth as well as The Eighth Circuit Courts have issued a stay on vaccination mandates until the Courts determine the Constitutionality of this nonsense.
