NRLCA posts information on the new Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program

The NRLCA has been working with the Postal Service, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and the other postal unions and postal stakeholders to help answer frequently asked questions that members may have.  The new PSHB will continue to be administered by OPM, and coverage for rural letter carriers and annuitants will become effective January 1, 2025.
