Until the USPS stops deleting scans at the end of the day, and management starts posting the radar reports daily, coverage factor doesn’t mean much.
Do these 3 things if your unscannable parcels are disappearing from the system:
Demand the RADAR report be posted daily. Grieve it if necessary.Take a picture of your RRECS summary screen at the end of the day.File a complaint against management for illegally tampering with government records when you see and can prove a discrepancy.
