NRLCA Releases Information on Coverage Factor for Rural Routes

The coverage factor established for a rural route has a direct impact on the RRECS evaluation of the route.

  1. Until the USPS stops deleting scans at the end of the day, and management starts posting the radar reports daily, coverage factor doesn’t mean much.

  2. Do these 3 things if your unscannable parcels are disappearing from the system:

Demand the RADAR report be posted daily. Grieve it if necessary.Take a picture of your RRECS summary screen at the end of the day.File a complaint against management for illegally tampering with government records when you see and can prove a discrepancy.
