Veterans are near and dear to the heart of the NRLCA. More than one in five rural carriers are veterans, and many of us have friends and loved ones serving their country at home and abroad. It is on this day in particular that we pause to recognize those brave men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their country, and the families of these honored individuals.
Whether delivering mail, serving in the military, or acting as first responders, NRLCA members show pride and dedication to their profession and country every day. On this Veterans Day, we honor and thank all of you for your service.
