RCBP members in Self Plus One are highly recommended to change to Family enrollment. This is totally permissible in the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program and can be done through the following:

 

Why did RCBP premiums go up?

why is it recommended to switch to the family plan, instead of staying in the self plus one?

For my daughter and me , “Self + Family” was cheaper than “Self + One.”
