RRECS Mini Mail Survey to Be Held February 25-March 10

The first RRECS Mini Mail Survey will take place beginning February 25 and will run through March 10, 2023. The Mini Mail Survey is only documenting four (4) items and comprises approximately six (6) percent of your route’s evaluation. The other 94 percent is based on the data accumulated all year long through technology (your scans, End of Run (EOR), Safety/Service Talks, and the mapping, to name a few.

Additional information will be forthcoming. Please watch the NRLCA website for additional information. Trainings will be set up as soon as possible.

Our management goes in and changes what we put in the scanner, we don’t even know if we will be paid correctly, she has already been caught changing our time sheets, we all got reimbursment check for hours she cheated us out of last year.

If our worthless union allows this count to go forward without fixing all the problems with it, everyone should resign. We have been sold out by our union time and time again for years. As of right now, all we can do is trust management that it’s a fair count and I don’t trust them. Retiring soon, totally fed up with working for lying underhanded crooks.

Was the transparency issue ever resolved, how ARE they quantifying of our presort? Some is brought directly on pallets and sorted manually by our clerks. Lots of inconsistency in how people are doing their scans as well.

So, does anyone think they might have trouble processing all of the changes for the new system? You know, they do have antiquated software.

Just wrong!, and it wont be long till I quit!
