In Gridley, CA, Rural Carrier Associate Christopher Cotter saw an older man with a broken arm take a spill outside his home.Cotter helped the customer get to his feet and into a chair.Both the man and his wife — who has trouble lifting him on her own — were grateful for Cotter’s assistance.
