Westbrook, MN, Rural Carrier James Patterson recently approached a customer’s door with a package. After knocking, he heard a faint cry for help.
Patterson found the customer in the basement. She was in pain after falling and breaking her hip.
Patterson called 911 and stayed with the woman until medical help arrived.
