Rural carrier honored for service

SOMERSET — Somerset Post Office recently honored David M. Dittoe for 30 years of service, plus 10 years as a sub, making total 40 years in the Postal Service. He received the Million Mile Award for driving a million miles with no accidents. He received a million-mile award plaque, a jacket, certificates, safety pins, and a check from the post office.
