Rural Carriers May Now Request Scheduled Leave Through the Enterprise Leave Request Application (eLRA) on LiteBlue

Rural carriers will now be able to request scheduled leave through the eLRA on LiteBlue.

    1. Use of the eLRA system is NOT required for scheduled leave.
      1. Carriers may continue to request scheduled leave using a hard-copy 3971, as always.
      2. Nothing has changed in this process.
  1. Rural Carriers MAY use the system to request scheduled leave
    1. If they request scheduled leave via eLRA, they will be given a printed 3971 by local manager.
    2. Again, nothing has changed in the procedure or the policies.
    3. Carrier still has a right to a 3971 returned as approved or disapproved in a timely manner.
