Senator Chuck Grassley pens letter to USPS about sex offenders working for USPS

According to legally-protected whistleblower disclosures provided to my office, the United States Postal Service (USPS) hired a registered sex offender as a mail carrier. The whistleblower disclosure noted that the employee disclosed his status as a registered sex offender on his job application. It’s been further alleged that instead of firing this individual, USPS placed the individual on administrative leave upon discovering his status.

  1. I’m confused? Dies Senator Grassely not hold Goverment officials to the same standard? Sex offenders both civilly and criminally convicted in congresss and White House now!
