The National Board of the NRLCA has reached out to the officers of each state association in an effort to compile an ongoing list of state-level, in-person meeting cancellations. This list will be posted and updated on the NRLCA.ORG website and broadcast across the NRLCA’s social media feeds.

Arkansas Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All District Meetings are postponed until further notice.
California Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All California Unit Meetings have been cancelled.
Connecticut Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The Spring Convention scheduled for April 26th has been cancelled.
Elections will be postponed until the next business session at Spring Convention 2021.
National Delegate voting will go on as planned.
Florida Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The Spring Booster held April 17, 2020, in Daytona Beach, has been cancelled.
Georgia Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All District Meetings have been cancelled.
Idaho Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All District Meetings have been cancelled.
Illinois Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All County Annual Meetings are cancelled.
Iowa Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All six 2020 Spring District Meetings in Iowa have been cancelled.
Kentucky Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All District Meetings have been cancelled.
National Delegate voting will proceed, as planned.
The State Convention is pending NRLCA directives.
Louisiana Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All District Meetings have been postponed.
Maine Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Local Unit Meetings in March and April have been cancelled.
The State Convention is still scheduled for June 12-14 unless otherwise notified.
Maryland Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Local Spring Meetings are postponed until further notice.
Election ballots will still be mailed out, as usual.
The State Convention is pending NRLCA directives.
Massachusetts Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The State Convention scheduled for May 3rd has been cancelled.
Michigan Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Michigan County Meetings are postponed until further notice.
Minnesota Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Spring County and Area Meetings have been cancelled.
Missouri Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The Booster Meeting in Sedalia has been cancelled.
All District Meetings will be postponed to a later date.
Nevada Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The Informational Meeting scheduled for March 22nd in Pahrump, Nevada has been cancelled.
New Hampshire Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
New Hampshire Spring Meeting has been cancelled.
New Jersey Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
New Jersey District Elections have been postponed.
Original Dates:
- District II – March 31st
- District III – April 7th
- District I – April 14th
The situation will be evaluated again on April 13th.
North Carolina Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All District and Local Unit Meetings have been cancelled.
North Dakota Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Local Unit Meetings have been cancelled.
The State Convention for June 13-14 is still being held as scheduled—unless cancelled by the NRLCA.
Ohio Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All organized meetings have been cancelled until June 1, 2020.
Ohio will not attend orientations or any other function until that time.
Rhode Island Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The Rhode Island State Convention scheduled for April 4th has been cancelled.
South Carolina Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Local Meetings have been cancelled.
All members affected will receive a mailed notice of meeting date/time and elections prior to Convention.
Texas Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
All Local Meetings have been cancelled until further notice.
The State Convention scheduled for June 27th-July 1st is still being held at this time. Convention information will be posted as it develops in the future months.
Washington Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The OWCP/Retirement Seminar scheduled for March 29th has been cancelled.
All County Unit Annual Meetings have been cancelled.
Wisconsin Rural Letter Carriers’ Association:
The Spring Conference and the Local Officer Training in Rhinelander March 21-22 have been cancelled.
All Local County Unit Meetings have been postponed until further notice.
