Updated Salary Schedules to be Effective July 16, 2022

The USPS have brought all salary schedules up to date, as required under the 2021-2024 National Agreement.

The salary schedules linked below reflect a retroactive $1,935 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) effective August 28, 2021, a retroactive 1.3% General Wage Increase (GWI) effective November 20, 2021, and a $1,311 COLA effective February 26, 2022. The PTF hourly rates reflect the recalculation due to the additional Juneteenth holiday.

Note: Leave replacements on Tables Three and Four receive a 1.3% GWI and 1% wage adjustment in lieu of COLA.

These schedules will be effective 7/16/2022 and will be reflected in the paycheck dated August 5, 2022.

With July CPI it will change again August 27

So what about the back pay are we ever going to get it.

From my understanding, of all the articles I’ve read, August 5th should be one heck of a paycheck. COLA of $1935, COLA of $1311 and back pay for the last 2 raises. By my estimate, I’ll see over $5000 extra (before taxes that is) Woo-hoo!

Jim. No back pay yet. Just up to date current pay. In another month we will have another cola. They have not announced the back pay date yet. Which should be at least 2k. If not more depending upon step and table.

Don’t know where you are getting your info. Yes we are getting the increase on Aug 5, 2022; however the back pay is still to be determined

Does this mean we will receive cola on Aug 5th check? Just assumed that was back pay

What the July COLA? Should be another 2k for that at least with inflation at a 40 year high

Will RCA’s receive anything Aug 5th?

Where is the July COLA?? Some carriers are owed almost 6k now smh. We need all that back pay on one check ASAP. We need a real union like on the Irishman to get shit done

This is the same pay chart they put out in April!!! How are the colas included in this if it’s exactly the same pay chart?

If you have no idea what you’re talking about Jim why do you put it out there to confuse carriers?? Can you read??
No back pay!! No 5000.00 for you!!
Woo-hoo!!!

Just received my form 50 for my step increase and it says this paychart is what my pay should be with step increase so where’s the cola? My paycheck does not reflect anything extra other than step increase. Someone please make this make sense to me.ugh

How and when will retired carriers be paid? My retirement date was December 31, 2021.

Looking at the charts what do the numbers 1-15 mean?
