2021 Western States Conference (WSC) Canceled

From NRLCAAfter speaking with the California President and talking with the other WSC State Presidents, we have decided to cancel the 2021 Western States Conference in California and will look forward to the 2022 WSC in Idaho if and when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
