Florida House passes bill named after rural mail carrier killed in Putnam County dog attack

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Wednesday, the Florida House unanimously passed a bill that would hold dog owners who are deemed dangerous more accountable if their dog hurts someone or another animal.

This bill was named after Pamela Rock, who was killed after being attacked by five dogs in Putnam County.
