New USPS/NRLCA LOU regarding payment for SPM scans

The NRLCA signs Letter of Mutual Understanding to address outstanding compensation issues for rural carriers while conducting the test of “Service Performance Measurement” (SPM). This letter also addresses the retroactive compensation for SPMs for the period of September 3, 2016 through September 1, 2017. If you have any questions related to this letter, please contact your assigned District Representative or Assistant District Representative.
