NRLCA National Convention Attendees Urged to Complete Health Department Surveys by September 6th

The Kent County Health Department has had a good response so far from rural carriers to its survey designed for attendees at the National Convention in Grand Rapids. The survey is for ALL attendees regardless of whether they contracted the flu. We are working with the Health Department and urge those who were in Grand Rapids for the National Convention to fill out the survey by close of business on Thursday. We thank you for your assistance.

The survey is available at the link below and we would greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide answers to the survey questions. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.
