NRLCA updates Mini Mail Survey page

The next RRECS Mini Mail Survey will be held February 24 to March 8, 2024. Evaluations will be effective April 6.

Only Random Letters and Flats, Walking Distances, PARS Labels and recurring Miscellaneous Activity not captured by the automated standards, will be measured or counted.

  1. You won’t be counting anything of value to your evaluation. Be sure to thank your NRLCA for your next salary cut. Pay your union dues like the obedient sheeple you rural carriers are.

  2. Don’t miss the “Mail Counts”. Years ago I asked a bunch of customers to order boxes during the count. When 5,000 boxes showed up the 1st morning of the count, they walked me out of the office. I was suspended for the entire count, my route went from a 41K, to a 40J with my sub doing it. As I look back on it I can laugh, but my job was on thin ice for 12 weeks. Thanks to friends in high places, they brought me back, with not one bit of help from the worthless union. When the union president saw me back in the office, he asked the shop steward (didn’t have the balls to ask me) how I got my job back. 2 years later I was back to a 42K, thanks to some luck and ingenuity.
