On-duty postal worker fatally stabbed in Harlem in broad-daylight attack

An on-duty postal worker was stabbed to death in a broad-daylight attack Thursday in Harlem, police and sources said.

The 36-year-old victim was stabbed multiple times at the intersection of Malcolm X Boulevard and 118th Street around 2:40 p.m., authorities said.

The gravely wounded man — who law enforcement sources confirmed was an on-duty USPS worker — was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, cops said.

A person of interest was taken into custody, but no charges were immediately filed, sources said.
