Step 4 Settlement on Rural Carrier Associates (RCA) Working in Higher Level Assignments

This case involved management utilizing a rural carrier associate (RCA) to coordinate work with the delivery of Amazon parcels on Sundays. The parties agree that Article 25 allows only regular rural carriers to be detailed to higher level assignments. The parties further agree that RCAs are not eligible to perform duties or responsibilities that are included in the job description of a Supervisor, Customer Services.
