The Postal Service’s “Plan B” for Peak Season: Important Information, Please Read!

The NRLCA has recently received correspondence from USPS announcing their “Plan B” for peak season parcels. We have had some discussions with Labor Relations at HQ and clarified the intent of the Plan B. Please read the article from Director of Labor Relations David Heather here.
