UPDATE to Second Trip Compensation via NRLCA

UPDATE to Second Trip Compensation:  All loading time for second trips will be done on the scanner; the only additional pay connected to the Second Trip will be the newly agreed to  three (3) minutes per mile and any additional EMA if you drive a POV  (effective May 6, 2023).
