NRLCA and USPS Sign MOU Allowing Regular Rural Carriers to Volunteer for Package Delivery on the Presidents’ Day Holiday

The NRLCA and USPS have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) allowing regular rural carriers to volunteer to deliver packages on the Presidents’ Day holiday, Monday, February 15, 2021. The full text of the MOU and a link to the signed document are provided below.
