NRLCA releases full 2021-2024 National Contract

The Special Contract Edition of the National Rural Letter Carrier magazine containing the 2021-2024 National Agreement is now available for viewing and downloading. It will also be mailed to all active bargaining unit members.

2021-2024 NRLCA-USPS Tentative National Agreement Has Been Ratified

Pursuant to Article XI, Section 4 of the NRLCA Constitution, the Ratification Committee has completed the tabulation of ballots and reports that the 2021-2024 NRLCA-USPS Tentative National Agreement has been ratified by a vote of 15,431 to 6,126, or 72 percent voting in favor of ratification.  A more detailed report from the Ratification Committee is posted below … Read more

From NRLCA – What to Do If Your Ratification Ballot Is Missing or Damaged

If a member fails to receive a ratification ballot package after a sufficient amount of mail processing time has passed from the February 7-9, 2022 mailing date, or your ballot has been damaged, please call the NRLCA headquarters office at 703-684-5545 and the receptionist will direct you to someone who will provide you with assistance.

USPS and the NRLCA extend negotiations

The Postal Service and the National Rural Letter Carriers’ Association (NRLCA) have agreed to extend contract negotiations on a new collective bargaining agreement. Although the contract with the NRLCA expired at midnight on May 20, USPS and the union have mutually decided to extend the negotiations. The NRLCA represents approximately 133,000 rural carriers nationwide.

2018-2021 NRLCA-USPS Tentative National Agreement Has Been RATIFIED
